Opportunity to complete a survey on the negative alcohol effects on former NZDF Personnel and win an iPad.

The University of Canterbury, in conjunction with the Veteran’s Medical Research Fund, are carrying out research on the negative impact alcohol may have on former NZDF personnel.

This is open for all former personnel and is completely voluntary. Results from this research will help to support future personnel transition out of military life.

The survey takes between 10-15 mins to complete and is 100% anonymous. We urge you to complete the survey and share it with as many people as possible, as the more responses we get the better we can support our people.
